Please join us for EJHIB2019 in Sao Paulo,  Brasil

EJHIB is a conference for researchers, teachers to discuss issues related Social, Linguistic and Human Mobility and Integration. The conference will cover a variety of academic fields related Human mobility and integration such as

  • Language Education
  • Plurilingualism, Pluriculturalism
  • Heritage Language
  • Culture Education
  • Language Literature/translation
  • Social Linguistics
  • Language policy
  • Intercultural communication
  • Cultural Anthropology
  • Developmental Phycology
  •  Linguistics
  • Others

The language of the conference will be Japanese, Portuguese and English.The paper submission deadline  is March 10→April 30, 2019, at midnight, Eastern Time (New York, USA). Notification of acceptance by April 10→May 20, 2019.

The topic should be relevant to the themes of the conference “Social, linguistic and human mobility and integration”.

Presentation

There are 2 ways to present your papers.

1. Oral 
A 30-minute presentation. It should include time for questions and change over to the next presenter.

2. Poster 
Posters provide an opportunity for an informal presentation featuring “give and take” with conference attendees. Similar to Oral, poster submissions must describe original and unpublished work. Characteristics of poster include:

-A small, focused contribution
-Work in progress

Oral and poster abstracts undergo a double blind peer review led by the Scientific Program Planning Committee. Abstracts are evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Quality
  • Relevance to the theme
  • Originality and feasibility
  • Data readiness/completeness/availability
  • Level of interest to conference attendees
